At Our Healthcare Australia, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and independent life, regardless of their abilities. That's why we are proud to offer support services to individuals with disabilities through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We understand that navigating the NDIS can be challenging, which is why our team of experienced professionals is here to help you every step of the way. Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live their best lives by providing tailored support services that meet their unique needs and goals.
Our support services include:
Personal Care and Support
Our highly trained support workers provide assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as support with mobility, communication, and other essential needs.
Respite Care
Our respite care services provide much-needed relief for carers, allowing them to take a break from their caring responsibilities and recharge their batteries.
Community & Social Access
Our community access services help individuals with disabilities to participate in their local communities, build new relationships, and engage in social and recreational activities.
Health Management
Our support workers have the capability to assist with managing medications, monitoring symptoms, and co-ordinating health care appointments.
Home Management
We can help with household tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. To help maintain a safe and clean living environment.
Companionship
Our support workers all share the same value of empathy. Making them great people to talk to , ask for help from and simply be there for you.
We always put you first and help reach any goal it is you want to.
